STEP UP

Strategies for the Empowerment and Progressive Advancement of Organizational Development

The “STEP UP” project, co-financed by the European funds of the Emilia-Romagna Region, aims to strengthen the managerial and digital skills of AD Consulting S.p.A., a company founded in 2011 in Modena and active in the fields of System Integration, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation solutions. With a structured presence across five offices and more than 100 employees, AD Consulting represents a key player in the national landscape for technological innovation and IT consulting.

The initiative arises in a context of corporate restructuring and strategic relaunch, supported by the partnership with Var Group S.p.A., with the aim of starting a new phase of growth based on three key guidelines: increasing volumes and revenues, repositioning towards large enterprise clients, and initiating an internationalization process.

In this context, the “STEP UP” project aims to enhance the company’s internal skills and organizational capacity, with a focus on developing middle management in order to effectively lead the new phase of expansion.

To achieve these objectives, the project is structured into four main actions:

  1. Assessment of Company Skills – In-depth analysis of internal professional competencies to identify training needs and plan new managerial responsibility profiles.

  2. Coaching Activities for Middle Management – Personalized support and coaching sessions to strengthen managerial and leadership skills, in alignment with the new corporate strategy.

  3. Introduction of Digital Technologies to Support Governance – Evaluation of digital tools for market data analysis, strategic planning, and integrated management of business processes.

  4. Planning of Targeted Training Programs – Courses have been designed to develop digital and managerial skills, aimed at reducing the skills gap and implementing the new organizational model.

The project contributes to strengthening AD Consulting’s competitiveness and organizational cohesion, supporting the digital and green transition in line with the objectives of the 2030 Agenda and the Smart Specialization Strategy (S3) of the Emilia-Romagna Region.

A regional contribution of €50,000.00 is planned.
